FOR INDIVIDUALS

A donation to Premier mouvement allows you to benefit from an income tax reduction corresponding to 66% of the amount paid , up to an annual limit of 20% of your taxable income , in accordance with article 200 of the General Tax Code.

The benefits granted in return are in addition to this tax advantage. Their value must remain proportional to the amount of the donation, according to a ratio of 1 to 4 , with a fixed ceiling of €65 .

FOR BUSINESSES

• Sponsorship

Sponsorship allows one to provide support to an organization of general interest, without seeking equivalent compensation .

Limited benefits may nevertheless be offered to the donor. The tax authorities do, in fact, allow them when they are significantly disproportionate to the amount of the donation. This principle allows the recipient organization to thank and recognize the commitment of its donors.

Pursuant to Law No. 2003-709 of August 1, 2003 relating to patronage, associations and foundations , companies subject to income tax or corporation tax under an actual tax regime may benefit from a tax reduction corresponding to 60% of the payments made , up to a limit of 0.5% of turnover or €20,000 .

• Sponsorship or patronage

Sponsorship or Sponsorship follows a different logic: the company provides financial support to an event or project in return for a service intended in particular to enhance its image or visibility .

This relationship is usually formalized by a partnership agreement , which specifies the nature of the support provided by the company as well as the services and benefits expected from the beneficiary.

Given the existence of a direct benefit, sponsorship falls under a commercial logic. The expense is therefore subject to VAT and can be directly deducted from the company's profit , provided the general conditions for expense deductibility are met.
